City locations in the US summer hotspots (aka:
Boston Park Square for the Cape and Islands (and Maine to some degree)
All NYC locations for The Hamptons
Philly and DC locations for the mid-Atlantic beaches
All mountain resorts)
have always been "car rental" problems.

This year does appear to be worse.
