Honestly?
Don't Bother... If I wasn't such a Marriott Loyalist, I would have amended my 2 day booking and left after the first day based on the service.
Booked a Deluxe King and I was proactively upgraded to a Junior Suite prior to arrival which was a nice surprise. However my room wasn't available when I arrived to check in at 2pm (hotel check in time) and the staff seemed to be clueless as to when the room would be ready. When I returned at around 4-5pm from a leisurely stroll around Old Town Belgrade, the staff claimed they had sent my luggage up to the room but this wasn't the case and it took about 20-30 minutes to finally get a key to the room. Upon arrival into the room there was a dessert platter with brandy and red wine as Titanium recognition (so maybe service is improving? ).
Upside: Upgrade to Junior Suite, 25 Min Complimentary Back Massage, Free Breakfast, and for $125 USD meh...
Downside: Based on all of these posts on here it seems like this LC property isn't worthy of the LC brand (Autograph perhaps but that's pushing it).
I most likely would not return to this hotel for a variety of reasons but the food was definitely bland and overpriced by Beograd standards.
