Who checks the PCR test at heathrow?
I'm supposed to be flying today, LAS-LAX-LHR-JER and while I've had the automated call and text message for clear on my PCR they havent emailed me. I've gone back to them and they assure me they have, and they're passing me all over the place.

I'm just wondering though, am I actually going through border control on the way to JER? who would be checking my pcr if not?
