It sounds as though the reason you are staying on Maui is because that is where the flight ends? As you may find, Maui is a bit more expensive than other neighbor islands. Not that it isn't beautiful, but still...

You might want to consider the all-inclusive resorts on another island. Jumping to another island would only cost about $150 round trip per person or use a few of your frequent flier miles.
