I stayed here for 6 nights about a month ago and had a wonderful time, the hotel is very nice. Probably the nicest Grand Hyatt in the US currently. (the Grand Hyatt Vail is in that conversation as well) I didn't have any real issues with service, we chose an Executive suite over the Broadway corner suite as it's a larger room by 100 square feet or so making it a better layout. The living room area was large and comfortable in the Executive suite. The pool on the weekends gets very crowded during the week it wasn't crowded at all. We absolutely loved Lou/Na which is the rooftop lounge. Here are a couple of photos of the pool area....
