The T1 operations are currently due to last till 7 September and - unfortunately - the move includes BA. Nothing against T1 in general which I like, but in this case, it is used as the "plague terminal" where airlines requiring "enhanced" controls due to covid are being moved. This also includes BA's main partner IB (both IB and IB express).

The terminal will function "unpleasantly", ie no lounge reopening, no fast track (be it C or Nice Airport Premier card) and only limited shops open to enable people to grab a bite. All I can say is thank goodness that's only for 6 weeks, but between that and the "amber plus" category hand crafted by Government for France, it's not been a very good few weeks in terms of those of us frequently using that route...
My flight for Tuesday is now showing as T1 on the BA site.

Has anyone had experience of getting a lateral flow test at T2? Can it be confirmed that it meets the UK standards required of ≥97% specificity, ≥80% sensitivity at viral loads above 100,000 copies/ml?
