We booked a cheap SAS flight from ORD to STR via CPH, about a month ago. Just today (about 3 weeks before departure) I get the email that the CPH-STR leg is canceled. Based on what the CS rep told me, basically that connection is permanently canceled and therefore they can't rebook us, at all. The only option is to get a refund. I asked whether we could be rebooked to FRA or MUC, but apparently changing the destination is not possible. So I guess we're screwed and now have to find a new, more expensive flight -- no compensation or anything, right? Oh the joys of returning to air travel.
