Am I right in thinking still no pre-departure drink in Club World? Our trip to MEX tomorrow has been a long time coming (twice aborted in last 14 months) and I had been visualising the pre-departure fizz as a moment to relish, celebrating it finally happening. Presumably I need to do that in the lounge instead.
My sister flew LHR-BGI last weekend in F and she said there was no pre-departure drink even with a 1hr delay due to the jetty not detaching. My sister requested a drink but was refused. I know she did enjoy a few glasses in the CCT. She also mentioned that the flight to BGI was excellent and the cabin crew were outstanding.
