With the exception of most domestic US flights on AA or AS, your oneworld Sapphire status will get you lounge access (where available) before any oneworld flight. So yep, I assume QR uses a contract lounge in MLE, when you check-in the agent should give you a lounge access ticket to show for entry. If they don't then ask about it.
