As far as I am aware, yes since BA isn't allowed to retain CCV data for more than a week or so. In a way this is less of a problem since someone in BA knows that something needs to be done (as opposed to a reservation sitting in the wrong queue and unattended) and BA are a bit better sending out emails and text messages to those affected.
