Sooner rather than later, it would be good to merge call center operations too. The time it takes to get through to OS on the phone is ridiculous (90 min, 40 min, over 2 hours!!) and this is just for the privilege of talking to someone (it seems) somewhere in Austria. It's a bit better with LX and their Mindpearl people on Fiji going back to SR, but really all this old legacy nonsense and pretence of keeping the three main carriers separate should be terminated and merged in with the LH call center network (CPT, MNL, Turkey, Czech Republic and wherever) ... Would make far more sense.
