May of 2020 called the retentions department and was offered 10k points for Altitude Reserve Card
May of 2021 called the retentions department and was offered 5k points for the Altitude Reserve Card, asked if they could make it 10k, they said no but I took it anyway.

I spend maybe a few thousand a year on it at most (less this last year than the year before).
