Need to call in if they weren't redeposited. Reservations agents can't help. Gotta call the MP Service center -- 800 421 4655. i have had this problem with several redeposits but the MP Service Center fixes them easily.
Thanks, that worked! For others the phone tree choices on that number are a little strange (I have no status so maybe that makes a difference) but wound up chatting and it was easy.
