[Edited to add:] It's pretty clear that you need to register by September 30, 2021 and then complete the flying within 3 months of registration. So it would make sense to wait to register until right before the flight or on September 30, whichever is earlier. When you buy the ticket is irrelevant.
I read through the whole terms and conditions. It doesn’t say if I need to register before I buy the ticket or if I can wait till before I fly on 8/15/2021
Hotel promotions say you have to register before you book your stay. So that’s why I’m asking. No clear direction.
