It's 10 BA Miles for every whole £5 of spend, with no credit for anything over. Therefore, £19.50 = 30 miles, and £20.00 = 40 miles.
Just to keep the whole thing clear in true BA fashion, Air Miles collectors get 1 Air Mile for every whole £6 of spend.
