You may find that you only get 1000 points from Powergen - mine appeared with the points from my first direct debit. An e-mail via the Powergen website saw the extra 1000 arrive within a couple of weeks.

Not had a problem - the L-P bonus points took a little longer to come through, but all is now well using the new card.
