I am a bit confused. How many miles per pound does one receive for on-board shopping?

I purchased an item during the duty free shopping on my LAX-LHR-HEL and back. I got 5X miles posted by the end of the year.

I just bought an 19.50 item, same as before, and was credited 30 miles on the new date, rather than the 70+ miles as before. What's up with that?

Another question, will BA interline me and my baggage for a trip LAX-LHR-OSL-TOS? The OSL-TOS is a ticket bought on SAS.
