Aren't six months from date of travel and one year from booking a six-months-out flight the same expiry date?
Perhaps my info is dated, but it used to be that no matter how you paid for a ticket (gift card, voucher, travel funds, credit/debit card) all non-refundable amounts were returned as TTF. If there had been no commingling of funds, the expiration would be one year from booking, and the funds would have been locked to the name of the passenger.
Even worse, if you book a refundable fare (Anytime, BS, or even 24-hour rule) with a voucher or gift card, you can't get money put back on either one, only TTF locked to a name (if I'm not mistaken and if things haven't changed).
