If you're going to stay at a capsule hotel, why not stay at
the original? Namely Capsule Inn Osaka, in the Higashi Hankyu-dori shopping arcade just off Namba station. I've stayed there once and had no complaints, at last check the capsule cost just Y1600 a night but you must fork out another Y1000 for access to the (quite good) spa downstairs. Address: 9-5 Doyamamachi Kita-ku, Osaka-city Phone: 06-6314-2100 / Fax: 06-6314-1281.
Leave any large bags at the station though, I don't think they have more than small lockers, and it's a bit too far to drag a suitcase anyway.
