Actually, I updated the price:
$118 cash
22k on IHG => 0.54 cents/point
8.2k on Chase UI => 1.44 cents/point

Chase Pay it yourself has a promo at 25% so if I pay after the trip, 9440 pts.

Is 8.2k on Chase UI attractive?
