Use IHG rewards or Chase UR rewards to book?
I am needing 3nights in Atlanta. IHG wants around 22k/night and its slowly climbing. I am marginally out of points too.

But the same hotel via Chase UR is about 8.2k. It is fully refundable till 10days before the trip at $4.

Should I use Chase UR to book from price point?
