Quite possibly the worst customer service system in the history of customer service. I even drove to LAX and they said they couldn’t handle ticketing and gave me the office email. Emailed, explained my situation. She told me to call the reservation line. I told her I did that 12 times already. She said it’s a $25 fee. I said I’m happy to pay it. She emailed the credit card form and wanted copies of my license and credit card.
I sent the copies and the form. Freaking crickets ever since.
