I will preface this by saying I’ve not traveled in over 1 year now... but I’ve sometimes included my middle name in bookings, sometimes not; has never been an issue, on QR or otherwise, including to enter the US as a non-citizen.

Not that it will never be an issue, but so far, not for me.
