I received a survey link

but once my survey was not posted as I stayed at the same hotel within a certain period and they explained to me that they have restrictions about posted surveys about the same hotel within a certain time period
I also did not receive any feedback about my last survey despite I complained about certain benefits I did not get as Platinum member
