This hotel seems to be getting a lot of sandbox customers each day. I have the impression they aren't more than half full right now, but that could be changing. Unfortunately, they can't seem to handle the increase in customers. More than half of the calls to customer service go unanswered. It can take an hour just to get a bucket of ice. By that, I mean an hour from when you get through to them. So plan a few hours ahead. Or just go get it yourself.
I assume they are trying to bring back more staff, but it might be difficult given the vaccination requirement.
