To be honest it was only a 2 hour daytime flight so I wasn’t really bothered by the lav at all. I could never hear any noise from it and the angle is such that the door is far enough away you never really see people entering/exiting. Also it’s a bi-fold type sliding door rather than a single-leaf door so there’s no real slamming involved.
I don’t like the missing window on 7L and if at all possible I prefer to be forward of 2L so I don’t have a queue of boarding traffic standing next to me the whole time.
My flight in question is 12 hours so just concerned but I know its far better than being in PE or Y so I should be happy. Just cant decide where to sit lol. I've switched seats 9 times in 10 days since booking..
Is 7A also missing a window or just 7? Dont see how I can do rear facing given my personal feelings of it and having just hated it my 1 time. I'd still rather take 7 over 6 to avoid the rocking, missing window or not. Lot of ppl like 1A I know..
Probably just stick with 10L
I know 3 days out I can check tail numbers and cross reference on the AA master list for 772's but I highly doubt a window in rows 2-5 is open 3 days out.
I agree with you about being ahead of door 2, I cant stand the boarding crowds, but I'll take it to avoid rear facing & rocking. Hence why I chose 10L. Just hope PE doesnt use J lavs as that would be annoying with the curtain being opened a lot.
