Would anyone care to comment on Four Seasons Vs Delano? I've stayed at The Delano a few times, but I've never had a good excuse to try the FS until now.
FS is better in every way. Even the entry level rooms are nice (although don't expect FS Hong Kong level nice) and all rooms are on high floors.
Booking through FHR gets you the tasty if somewhat limited menu restaurant breakfast. The bar is just OK with a limited dinner menu, but the service is good, plus any of the good restaurants in Mandalay are right there.
The private, upscale, somewhat hidden lobby keeps the riffraff away. Frankly that might be the biggest benefit right now.
