Hi kgreger1 and welcome to FlyerTalk!

Most airlines including Austrian & Turkish do not set up their own rules for COVID testing and they follow the rules of the destination country.
In your case, as the US accepts self administered tests, you would be fine using the Abbott BinaxNow test on a flight to the USA despite the airline.
