Thank you - very interesting. I checked my current reservation for later this year, and while it does not specify that liability is included, there is no option to add a liability insurance. I can add CDW or Super CDW, Theft Protection, PAI/PEC (medical, personal effects) but no liability. So I will assume it is included and that I'm good with AmEx for premium CDW.
