Are those Hawaii-bound flight from DEN, IAH, ORD and EWR or international long haul flights?They are not CPU eligible flights. 1K without instrument (Plus point or miles+ copay) upgrade will not be on upgrade list. But non-status with PlusPoints will be.
For CPU eligible flights, pax with instruments will be ahead of 1K without instruments.
