Rate types requiring 1 night deposit
I'm finding the best rates at some hotels have this language:
Deposit Policy
Credit Card Deposit Required 1 NIGHT(S) DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD
Cancellation Policy
24hours Prior To Checkin To Avoid One Night Fee

So it looks like a prepaid rate but a refund will be issued if I cancel in advance. I'm curious as to anyone's experience with these - will the refund be processed automatically?
