Very well organized as all the rental paperwork was pre-printed so just needed the QR code and ID. The line at 10:30AM was only 3 people, but by 12PM it took 1.5 hours when most of the mainland flights land. No upgrades available as President's Circle with a Minivan booking. Ended up with a well used Dodge Grand Caravan GT. We also had a Luxury car booking and ended up with a Lincoln Continental.
