Does anyone know what the child’s meal consists of these days? In my distant memory I remember it including ham, cheese, soggy chicken nuggets and a fruit shoot guaranteed to make most kids hyper at the worst possible time.
It depends on the length of flight.
If on a hot meal breakfast flight expect potato faces, baked beans, sausage and a child friendly yoghurt. Shorter flights you might expect cold cuts and some emmenthal or cheddar type cheese. If on a hot meal route then expect a breadcrumbed chicken breast, peas, carrot(s), mash potato, a chocolate pot desert or a fruit salad as well as a salad starter. No sign of the froot shoot in recent years for me but maybe they didn't think I'd appreciate that element! Shorter flights would typically be cold cuts, some cheese and maybe a kit kat.
