My last stay was on 26th of October. When I went to the front desk and showed my G card to the front staff, I was escorted to another desk. The assistant manager was there and treated me very kindly. And he gave me lots of tickets, but breakfast ticket was for the Square. In the next morning I went to the lounge and used PC at business center to check FT. It cost me 300yen per 15mins. The only problem is no one can check out at the lounge, so I recommend HHonors members to ask the hotel for late check out even 30mins, otherwise we may lose our time for check out there. @:-)
