Can buy an award, but not revenue ticket?
I’ve actually seen this before on PVR tickets around the holidays and always find it puzzling.

I’m looking at buying a biz ticket from PVR-LAS on Nov 29. The flight is J9 JN9. But United won’t sell me a ticket with money, only miles. No seats sold so far. Why would this be?
