I joined up with them years ago for some offer, then cancelled my account when I found that:
a) There were cheaper options
b) Their web site sucked totally, often not conforming to standards
(and therefore not working properly for me)
c) Their customer service sucked

I wonder if they'd allow me to join and get a joining bonus again?
