Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked: King Room Classic
Received: King Club City View With Balcony (the same room, higher floor and a really small balcony)

How are the rooms?
The room is well kept but it is definitely showing its ago. The TV is a Samsung from a decade and half ago.
Due to COVID they have taken pretty much all the amenities. They changed the Nespresso machine to an electric kettle and powder coffee and tea.
The shower space is really small.

How is the exec. lounge?
I do not think it is open due to COVID (but the 24h gym is...)

What was good and what was bad?
Good - the staff was very friendly and provided all the necessary information. The room noise isolation was also very good.
Bad - the removal of amenities, the lcd tv.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Since the devaluation of brazilian real it is very good value right now. Around US150/night.
I would return because of the location (Jardins, near Paulista avenue)
