Hello Friends,

this is going to be my first reward travel booking. I plan to travel from YYZ to AMD in August 1st week and back in October 2nd week, around 40 days.
I have roughly 360k Avios points. I tried everything on BA Avios website to check the flights to book reward flight by spending Avios, but wasnt lucky. I dont have any paid subscriptions.
One on of my friend suggested this forum so posting here.

Can someone please suggest step by step process to go forward? What is segment by segment booking? and any site to check the availability? Will I be able to book Business tickets for 2 for return trip with minimum surcharges?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Posting here for first time, so let me know if anything needs to be corrected.
