Whatever I prepare for dinner tonight will beat what I had last night.

Excellent day fishing, I provided my neighbor with fresh yellowfin tuna caught earlier in the day.. He is happy to receive it, and invites Mrs. PhillyGold and I over for dinner.. We arrive, and he and his wife serve wine. All is good. I ask him how is he preparing the tuna? He says no problem, it’s on the grill now! (By this point we had been there for 20 minutes). I said….ummmm you may want to check that tuna. Ruined. Gray and dry. Yuck. Lesson learned!
