I love short ribs as a stew. I love them with Korean bbq and can’t actually taste a difference between short ribs and steak on the grill. One day I want to buy and grill short ribs at home so I can’t decide between the Costco choices of Wagyu boneless ($14.99) or choice boned short ribs ($7.99?).

kukje korean supermarket is like $20.99/lb for short ribs, I think.
No Costco where I live, but I got a local Wagyu boneless short rib meat. There are boned short ribs which is more like the LA galbi style if you ever visit the Korea Town BBQs in LA. I prefer the boneless variety so that it's easier to slice.

Short ribs are probably one of the easiest cuts to cook at home, they can be grilled, pan seared, cooked in stew, curries and they always turn out great with lots of flavour.
