AA page says you only earn on Alaska marketed and operated flights.
I've gotten AA credit on AS marketed, SkyWest operated flights recently.

I think it is pretty standard that the regional operators count as the parent/mainline as far as earnings are concerned. I flew on a regional jet operated by Envoy (I think). AA flight number, credited to AS fine.
Prior to AS joining OW, there were reports on the AA forum of difficulties getting AS marketed SkyWest operated flights to credit properly. The AS earnings page on the AA website still for some reason calls out Horizon, but not SkyWest. I haven't had any issues with either crediting to AA lately.
