I received 4 of these letters, via certified mail, in New Jersey. Each relates to a $50 gift card purchased in February 2016.

The thing is, I have no record of these specific gift cards. I searched through my email with the gift card numbers they provided and nothing came up. I obviously don't have a PIN so no way to check on the DL website.

I did purchase four $50 gift cards in April 2016 but the numbers are different. I am pretty sure I redeemed them.

Anyone ever have success contacting DL and getting an agent who actually knows anything about gift cards? Thanks
