This is now the third ticket it’s happened where I’ve used flight credit to book a new ticket and my leftover credit isn’t what it added up to be. Always manually check your math even if it’s a few bucks it’s your money! Today’s issue was from a $2045.45 credit on a $219 ticket (on hold) and them trying to issue only $1796 in credit. Thankfully I did the math before hanging up and realized my credit should have been $1826.45 and now on hold to have the credit correctly populated. It’s sad that I can’t trust ticketing.


edit: agent came back to say that ticketing claims the ticket price is higher now I told her that my hold price is for $219 then I offered to forward it her . She then hangs up on me and I get the survey
last edit: supervisor called ticketing and got the missing credit as a separate trip credit after 26 minutes on hold.

And now my new ticket shows a fare of 56 bucks. I hope the correct eqd posts correctly
