One might as well ask people to swear on their pinkie finger that they were fully vaccinated.
I strongly doubt fake CDC cards would be a prevalent concern for US residents visiting the UK. The consequences if you are caught with a false certificate attempting to board a flight to the UK or at an entry point to the UK are such that it really isn't worth it and much easier to just go and take the jab. Also most Americans visiting UK come purely for business or leisure so unlikely the type to travel on fake paper work. I doubt many Americans attempt to enter the UK with fake passports either - not worth the trouble and more importantly the consequences if caught. Fake vaccine certificates may well be a big concern for those entering the UK from some countries but I doubt the USA will be one.
