I wonder if it has to do with your license on file in your gold profile? Maybe delete your DL out of the profile, and then add in a fresh entry? Perhaps there is something there causing a hang up?

Thanks for the response. Yes, I know it appears to be an IT glitch. And of course, it's an IT glitch seriously in Hertz's favor :/ so not something they will likely fix soon.

I was mostly trying to find out if others have had the same issue and how to resolve it. Unfortunately seems like it's just me!

I did change my DL since the last incident (moved states). There isn't a DOB in the DL field. But it has been changed. And I'm still Benjamin Button over here 😆
