I don't think we will have a car, but if things calm down and prices subside, we might consider it for Como. We decided to do Geneva, and the return flight ticket now leaves from there, so the train trip through the countryside is actually something we're looking forward to even with a 5-6hr duration as we rarely travel by train recently given we cannot enter Japan, and Amtrak is, to put it nicely, a dump on wheels. This way we can see more of the area and also have a little sit-and-rest time.
