My money is on days in excess of 100,000+ cases and 100+ deaths within the next month. Given the continued vaccination efforts, I would hope that will roughly be the peak for deaths. From Monday, I will not get on a bus unless wearing an FFP2 standard mask rather than the three layer washable masks I usually wear right now.
I also just converted to a KN95 for public transport despite being double vaccinated. Luckily not spending most of the next six weeks in the UK. I'm a bit scared of my pre-flight test though just given the fact I've been out and about - though query the effectiveness of a rapid antigen test in a double vaccinated person.
