I have started to fly Alaska during the Pandemic and have grown to love the airline even with the limited route choices for someone with a home airport of IAH. I am a lifetime gold on United. Got a MVP Gold match. I am thinking about switching one trip from Southwest to Alaska and do a run to keep the gold status. From IAH, keeping that GOLD will be a challenge.
