What do all-partner and status have to do with the question though? On a partner segment, it's going to book in to I class on the operating carrier regardless of one's status or whether there are any AC legs on the booking. So whether one is SE or plebe, and whether one is booking just one leg or an RTW, choosing lowest vs flexible shouldn't impact something like being able to use SAUA on LX.
Or am I missing something?
Flexible does 3 things:
1. Free changes/cancellations (already included for SE)
2. Guarantees J on AC metal (irrelevant for partner flights)
3. Gets you into the SS on AC metal (irrelevant for partner flights)
It does nothing else.
So if you're SE, booking all partner, it does nothing.
