Flexible does 3 things:
1. Free changes/cancellations (already included for SE)
2. Guarantees J on AC metal (irrelevant for partner flights)
3. Gets you into the SS on AC metal (irrelevant for partner flights)

It does nothing else.

So if you're SE, booking all partner, it does nothing.
