New record for me this year as a PM, 8 minutes and someone came on. It was about 3pm.
I was on hold yesterday for 10 minutes and got through. System didn't offer an option though for a call back which is annoying since it also didn't tell me how long the hold would be.
Called again today - same thing. No option for call back. Been on hold for 15 minutes and counting.
If this is a new "upgrade" - this is a huge issue
